People come to us to gather under the treetops in Vitabergsparken, by the water opposite Hammarby Sjöstad, or next to the walking trail in Hornstull. But it is not the nice locations that make people return. It is the food, the drinks, and the friendly service. The idea for all our establishments is the same. We choose quality ingredients and collaborate with food artisans. Most often we serve organic and locally sourced products. Always fresh.
From Licorice Cart to Family Business
We had a cart with licorice. The queues were long. Our pulse was up. It was magical to serve many people quickly and see that they were satisfied. We gained a sense for fine ingredients and good service. Since then, our family business has developed into some of
Stockholm's most unique outdoor restaurants. With Kajsas in three attractive locations and collaborations with Parkteatern and the Stockholm Marathon, we ensure that people eat and drink well in all weather. We cut down queues in the sunshine and make sure the guests are satisfied. We have the routine. And the heart in everything we do.
A meeting place for everyone
Over time, Kajsas has become like a second home for many – from those who take the boat at Barnängsbryggan or gather the family in Vitabergsparken, to those who visit the pulse at Hornstullsstrand. People choose us for the special atmosphere of celebration, joy, and spontaneous encounters that are part of Stockholm.
The colorful lanterns and our staff who genuinely enjoy their job certainly contribute, but in the end, it is you guests who create the magic. We believe in generous and reliable opening hours and really only close in obvious bad weather.
